This evidence report from Hibiscus Initiatives draws on focus groups with Hibiscus’ frontline practitioners and service users, data from our casework and desk-based research. It is intended to inform the implementation of reforms in law, policy and practice to overcome barriers to safe housing for migrant women and their children. The recommendations arising from the report are set out in an accompanying policy briefing.
