Legal advice guides specifically aimed at women in prison
Rights of Women and the Prisoners Advice Service (PAS) worked together on this joint project aiming to increase the availability of family law advice for women in prison, improve the ability of those women to enforce their rights, and increase access to justice.
With the help of women at HMP Send and HMP Bronzefield, Rights of Women and PAS developed four legal advice guides related to children and family law, specifically aimed at women in prison.
