Remote hearings in the family justice system: reflections and experiences
Follow-up consultation (September 2020)
This report provides an overview of the findings of a follow up consultation process on the use of remote telephone and video hearings in the family courts in England and Wales during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the introduction of social distancing measures. It reports on findings from a survey, organisational insight, focus groups and interviews.
